🔁 Return & Refund Policy – TANTRAX

At TANTRAX, we ensure that all our spiritual products are packed with care and delivered in perfect condition. Due to the nature of our products (ritual/spiritual items), returns are currently not accepted.

However, we do offer a refund policy under specific conditions:

💡 Refund Conditions:

✅ If the item is damaged or defective upon delivery
✅ If the wrong item was sent

📸 IMPORTANT:
To process a refund, you must provide an unboxing video that clearly shows:

  1. The full parcel being opened

  2. The damaged/wrong item inside

  3. The product label and packaging

Refund requests without an unboxing video will not be accepted.

If approved we will credit the amount into the customer bank account within 7 Days
